The workflow of the ncPRO-seq pipeline consists of five main components: input pre-processing, read mapping, read annotation, annotation analyses, and enrichment analyses, as illustrated in Figure 8 with different background color. We will explain the tasks, key technical points and results of each step in the following subsctions.
