Computer with at least 4GB of primary memory is recommended. Although the ncPRO-seq pipeline is fast ($\sim$1h30 for 10 million reads) in a simple desktop computer or laptop, launching the pipeline in a computer cluster would achieve much better performance by turning on the multithreading option.
